Antonio and Daniela used to buy some greco from Olimpia, a Nonna looking after her one hectare of greco vineyard in Greco di Tufo; for more than 60 years she was making a sparkling greco for herself and her family. This wine is dedicated to Olimpia and her method, which Cantina Giardino still follow. Grippy & refreshing, this wine is a bomb!
