As the name may suggest, this wine is your new favourite picnic companion. Spending around a week on skins the expression is light and ethereal. The Aleatico adds aromats whilst the Ciliegiolo brings in some of that wild herb salve. Perfectly lifted, light on its feet and ready to drink now.

Ajola is a small farm located in the hills between Orvieto and Bolsena, Umbria. Started by Jacopo, it morphed into a collaboration between friends. Set at 440 meters above sea level on volcanic and sandy loam soils at the intersection between Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany.

Service tips: Serve slightly chilled. Freshly baked bread, olive oil, salt. And all of your favourite picnic additions.
