Davide has few hectares of Garganega and Merlot on the volcanic soils of Gambellara. His grandfather planted the vines with his father and s=after selling the grapes to the local coop, Davide decided in 2006 to start making wine. The farming is organic and the winemaking is hands off with very clean and precise wines as a result. This is a crispy and minerally driven white wine; made from direct pressing and a fermentation and ageing in stainless steel. Perfect in the park or in your fridge for several days of enjoyment.
