Shipping

We ship only to addresses within Australia.

Orders are generally shipped with Fastway couriers.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 business days. Please be aware at busy times of the year we cannot guarantee which day of the week your order will arrive.

To maintain the integrity of your purchase we will not ship in extreme heat periods. We shall advise if there is a delay due to this.

You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines. All packages sent out require a signature upon delivery by a person over 18 years of age. 

Your order will not be left at unattended premises, unless otherwise specified, nor will they be left with persons under the age of 18 years.

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

          Our standard shipping rates are based on a case which is up to 12 (750ml) bottles

          *please note magnums will be based on a case of 6 (1500ml) bottles

Returns & Exchanges

Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines are committed to customer satisfaction. We respect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, if there is any problem with your order, let us know. Please note, any problems with your order, you must contact us within 5 business days of the delivery date.

If in the If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase and at least ¾ of the original faulty bottle. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return.  Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Giorgio de Maria Fun Wines is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or Giorgio De Maria Fun Wines has breached a consumer guarantee. In all other instances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
