Sauvignon Blanc from friends in Marzabotto, at the foot of Appennino mountains near Bologna. 3 weeks maceration, floral and tropical , fresh and easy going.

Alex worked with Ernesto Cattel of Costadila and currently still in charge of Costadila’ winemaking. In 2017 Alex started his own projects: Ombretta Agricola (Piave), Pedecastello (Belluno Dolomites) and Grinton (from friends vineyards).
