Langhe Nebbiolo as you would expect, showing a wonderful garnet red in the glass. Layered but restrained, whilst being juicy, with hints of black pepper. There’s a beautiful earthiness to this Cuvee however the pretty florals are persistent and integrated seamlessly. The juxtaposition between the fruit/savory is simply bang on.

This small family property is nestled in the frazione of Santa Maria in the commune of La Morra. Very small production, very old school. Long maceration and old Botti (Big Barrel).
